MACH I MV2350, V8, Runs/Looks Great w/6,000lb lift (boat only..

This is a nice 22' MACH I (23'+ LOA), with a V8. Our family loves this boat, but we have our house for sale and we would like to sell the boat, before the house sells.

Why are we selling this boat? We are selling our house and need to sell our boat and lift. We will someday replace the boat with a larger cruiser, because of health issues (28-30?).

The boat does come with the lift it is on and it is a great lift (Galva Lift 6,000lb)(cost is $8150 for the boat & lift together). As you can see; it handles the boat easily.
The motor and lower unit has never given us trouble. They are both very reliable and work great. The boat starts right up and is always ready to go. I feel the vinyl is in very good condition. It's not perfect, but looks nice and is not faded (a couple small minor rips that have been glued to stop the rip). The wood trim is treated a few times a year and still looks good. The bilge pump works great, but we've only had to use it when we were washing the boat and got water inside. Lights and blower work perfect. The exterior of the boat looks good, but could use a buffing to look new again. When we bought the boat, it came with the lift it was on. We were told it was a 6,000 lb lift, so that's the way it is listed (it may be bigger than 6,000). I'm not sure of the top speed, because the speedometer stopped working, but it seems like a fast boat for its size. I'm not sure if it's just a wire or if it just needs a new gauge. The blue cockpit cover does have one or two small places that need patched to stop the rip, but we snap it on every time we put the boat back on the lift and it keeps the boat dry and out of the sun. Lift will need to be taken within 5 days of buying the boat, since we have our home for sale. Boat and lift are located at our home, located around the 7MM, Lake Ozark.
